二 | 在建设布局方面，到2028年底，服务战略性新兴产业、未来产业及传统产业优化升级的国家质检中心占比提升40%以上，新批筹不少于30家。技术能力方面，3年内攻克关键检测技术100项以上，主导或参与制修订国际标准30项以上，牵头制修订国家标准100项以上。服务实效方面，建成产业集群公共服务平台30个以上。据统计，2025年以来，国家质检中心已累计帮助中小微企业降本增效超28亿元，服务经营主体超70万家，解决行业关键共性技术难题1700余项。
