二 | 《决定》共20条，主要规定了以下内容。一是拓宽提取和使用范围对提取住房公积金支付房租，不再设置房租超过家庭工资收入规定比例的门槛限制；新增装修自住住房、支付自住住房物业费、国务院批准的其他住房消费情形等可以提取住房公积金的情形。适当拓宽住房公积金投资运用渠道，明确住房公积金管理中心可以将住房公积金用于购买政策性金融债。二是提升管理服务效能简化职工申请提取住房公积金的手续，缩短住房公积金贷款申请的审查时限，实现住房公积金缴存记录等全国范围内互信互认，推动住房公积金转移接续、异地贷款等业务便捷高效办理。三是强化风险防控国务院住房城乡建设主管部门确定住房公积金领域公共信用信息，住房公积金管理中心建立全面完整准确的信用记录并纳入全国信用信息共享平台；对以欺诈、伪造证明材料等手段违法提取住房公积金、获得住房公积金贷款的行为，规定了明确的法律责任。四是扩大制度覆盖面明确个体工商户、非全日制从业人员以及其他灵活就业人员可以自愿缴存住房公积金，按照规定享受相应的政策支持。资料/中国政府网、央视新闻、杭州公积金中心。
